Second Man In Pot Smuggling Conspiracy Gets 21 Months |

BURLINGTON — The second of four Orleans County men indicted in Federal Court for conspiring to smuggle and distribute marijuana over a several year period was sentenced Monday to serve 21 months in prison.

Newark Man Sentenced To Serve Five Months In Prison |

GUILDHALL — A 23-year-old Newark man was given a two-to-five year sentence on June 11 for causing $88,000 damage to a Brighton home in June 2006. The sentence against Randy Cools was all suspended except five months to serve.
