NEWPORT - A little song, a little dance, a little murder and you have the makings of a great American musical.
"Chicago" will be performed at North Country High School on May 4, 5, and 6 by Act Three Teatricals.
This week, members of the cast put on some vignettes for the press. The play is being produced by Chase Gosselin who is graduating from United Christian Academy and taking his fine talent with him.

HOLLAND – A Holland couple is upset because they were not notified about the Derby Wind Project and they say their property abuts the Chase Farm where one of two wind turbines could be constructed. Chad Farrell of Encore Redevelopment, LLC, of Burlington, the project developer, disagrees.
Holland property owners Sherry and John Wagner sent a letter to the Vermont Public Service Board (PSB) stating that their due process rights are violated and are calling for a halt of the project. The PSB told Encore to respond to the allegation by Monday, April 30.
COVENTRY – Plans for a $3.4 million expansion at the Newport State Airport continue to move forward. The project calls for a 1,000-foot expansion of the north-south runway.Â
