A light plane assembly and distribution center along with a flight school is slated to open at the Newport State Airport. Jay Peak owners Bill Stenger and Ariel Quiros introduced Thomas Peghiny, president of Flight Design USA, to make the announcement Thursday at a press conference that included Gov. 100 TOWN TOUR COMES TO DERBY LINE

Jay Craven has done it again. He is bringing "Northern Borders" to the Haskell Opera House as part of his 100 Town Tour. "Northern Borders" is written and directed by Jay Craven, based on the novel by Howard Frank Mosher, and stars Bruce Dern, Genevieve Bujold, and Seamus Davey-Fitzpatrick. SCOUT EXEC EXPLAINS GAY SCOUTING DECISION
