CITY COULD SETTLE SUIT AGAINST OFFICER

Newport City may be on the verge of settling a lawsuit with a Newport City woman who claims that Seth DiSanto, while a city police officer and before he was hired as chief of police, used "excessive force" while trying to serve a ticket on her one night.
