Proposed Closure Of Dispatch Centers Draws Local Concerns

Vandals Damage Snow Stormers’ Trail Groomer

California Lawyer Wants New OC State’s Attorney To Review Manslaughter Conviction

A San Diego, California defense attorney plans to ask newly elected Orleans County State’s Attorney Jennifer Barrett to revisit a case involving Christine Billis, the driver of a car that went off Route 5A and hit a tree on July 22, 2009. Her husband Charles Billis died in the crash.
