Harter–– Richard A., 81, a lifelong summer resident at Willoughby Lake in Westmore, VT, died March 12, 2012 in Hilton Head Island, SC from complications due to chemotherapy. A celebration of life service will be held Saturday, August 18 at 1 p.m., at the Westmore Community Church in Westmore, VT. This will be followed by a military honor guard in the adjacent park and a reception.

Rogers–– John Cameron, 72, died at his home in East Charleston on August 3, 2012. A memorial celebration of his life will be held on Labor Day Weekend. March 23, 1925-August 4, 2012
Eunice R. (Bowen) Konieczny, 87, of Live Oak, FL passed away peacefully on August 4, 2012. She was born March 23, 1925 in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, and was the oldest child of Fred H. and Asenath Bowen.
E. Arthur â€śArtâ€ť and Margaret â€śPeggyâ€ť Moran of Jay passed away in a car accident of the morning of August 5, 2012.Â Â
Art was born on July 15, 1930 in Burlington to Arthur Moran and Georgiana Chastenay Moran. Although Peggy was born in New Haven, CT (we tried not to hold it against her) to Bill and Eileen (Galvin) McGinley, she was a lifelong Vermonter and spent much of her childhood in Essex Junction. They were married in 1962 and are survived by five children.Â Â
Kambour–– Margaret Mary Beattie died on Sunday, July 29, 2012, peacefully in her sleep at the St. Johnsbury Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Robert M. Nelson, 73, died at his home in Albany in the care of his loving companion, Sadie Watters. He was born in Albany, May 12, 1939, the son of Maurice and Ethel â€śJackieâ€ť (Shatney) Nelson.
He attended grade school in Albany and was a 1957 graduate of Craftsbury Academy.Â He served his country from 1959 to 1964 in the U.S. Army of which about 1 1/2 years in Bamburg, Germany.Â
