ST.ALBANS–The Falcons' boys basketball team traveled to Franklin County Tuesday night to face BFA St. Albans, and despite a strong outing, fell to the Bobwhites 52-49.
"It was a very exciting game," said coach Bonvechio, "We played some of our best basketball, especially in the second quarter."
After finishing the first quarter trailing by three, North Country came out flying in the second, outscoring the opposition 23-9, and took a 33-21 lead into the break.
In the third quarter it would be miscues and missed chances that would allow the Bobwhites to creep back into the game.
