Boy’s Victorious in OT, Girl’s Go Big as Falcon Hockey Wins Out

January 3, 2013

BURLINGTON–Two minutes into overtime, Ryan Paul cut through the slot and fired a high back-hander in the glove side of the net to complete the Falcons comeback and give North Country a 5-4 win over Colchester to move their record to 5-0 on the season.
"We are very excited with the win, and to be 5-0 on the season," said head coach Andrew Roy.
The boys had to battle all game long against the Lakers, and were down 2-0 after one period of play.
With 7:59 left in the second, Logan Fortier popped in his first goal of the night to cut the lead to 2-1. Ben Pecue had the assist on the score.
