Falcons Rally Falls Short in 6-4 Loss to South Burlington

February 7, 2013

SO. BURLINGTON– The Falcons rallied to make it 5-4 with three minutes to go in the third period, but the Rebels were able to add an insurance goal with 2:20 left to play sealing the 6-4 win in the highly anticipated rematch between South Burlington and North Country on Wednesday night.
"It was a hard fought come from behind loss," said NCU coach Andrew Roy.
The Falcons were playing without defenseman Logan Fortier, who is on a school trip.
Thankfully Brody Jacobs has returned to the line-up, allowing a three man rotation, something NCU is more than used to.
