BARTON - And they're off!
Despite the cold, wet weather, Thanksgiving morning found participants in Barton’s annual Turkey Trot warmed up and ready to go.
Racers came in all ages, sizes, and choices of clothing. A record breaking 402 people participated, 189 runners and 213 walkers – and one girl on a bicycle.
Spirits were high, the runners were in fine form, and it all goes to show that Thanksgiving isn’t just for turkeys.
