ALBANY - Fire destroyed a building on Pitkin Road in Albany Saturday night.
The Albany Fire Department responded to a mobile home fire and found the structure fully engulfed. They were unable to save any portion of the building, which was primarily used for storage and wasn't occupied.
No one was at the property at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported.
Later, investigators determined the fire was intentionally set and it as been ruled an arson.
The Vermont State police is asking anyone with information to call the Vermont Arson Tip Award Program at 1-800-32ARSON or the Derby State Police Barracks.
The property belongs to Theodore Tremblay of Irasburg, VT.
