Saturday was the 15th annual Moonlight Madness at the Barton Graded School. This NEK Chamber of Commerce event focuses on local crafters, products, and authors. This year 39 vendors filled the gym, cafeteria and “Author’s Alley” offering edible products, toys, office supplies, home goods, books, soaps, candles, and clothing.
“We start planning this in October,” Rich Royer, a member of the chamber and head of the event, said. Royer and his wife Mary Ann have put together the event for the last few years. It’s a lot of work, but well worth it in order to get all the local crafters and small businesses exposure, Royer said.
