Percy–– Belinda “Bonnie” Jean, 52, of Rutland VT, born April 3, 1959, a daughter of Lester and Jean Percy of North Troy, VT, went to be with the Lord at 7:05 p.m. on January 27, 2012 with her loved ones by her side after a brief illness For those who wish, contributions in Belinda’s memory may be made to Special Olympics Vermont, 16 Gregory Drive, Suite 2, S. Burlington, VT 05403. A celebration of Belinda’s life will be at the discretion of her family.
