NEWPORT– Jason Hatin is on fire. The sophomore outfielder is ten for his last eleven at bats, and has driven in ten RBI's, five of them coming in Tuesdays 16-6 win over Milton.
Coach Brian Bonvechio is more than pleased with the production he is getting from Hatin, but knows that the guys hitting in front of him are big part of his success.
"Miller and Blake are getting on sixty percent of the time, and he is coming through with big hits."
Speaking of Taylor Miller, he had three hits in the contest and also contributed three RBI's.
Tom Blake went four and two thirds and picked up the win for the Falcons. Connor Burke came in for the final two and a third, closing the door on the surging Yellowjackets.
