Flanders–– Frances C., 99, of Windsor, VT died peacefully on May 30, 2011.  A memorial service in celebration of her life will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 12, 2011 at the United Methodist Church on Valley St. in Springfield, Vt. Davis Memorial Chapel will be in charge of the arrangements. Fran will be buried in the Clark/Eaton lot of Pine Grove Cemetery in Newport, VT, alongside her parents. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Springfield United Methodist Church (10 Valley Street) or Friends of the Springfield Town Library (43 Main Street).
