Gillett Johnson Newfang Stowe entered the Kingdom of Heaven on May 4, 2011, in Derby, Vermont, at the age of 101. A service, celebrating her life, will be held at the Morgan United Church on May 29, 2011 at 5 p.m. Interment will be at the family plot at Woodlawn Cemetery in New York City. Should friends wish, the family asks that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the United Christian Academy, 65 School St, Newport, VT 05855.
