LYNDON - Vermont director Jay Craven’s new film, “Northern Borders,” will launch a 100-town tour throughout New England with a premiere at five Vermont venues during April.
“Northern Borders” was produced as the result of a unique collaboration between Kingdom County Productions and Marlboro College, where Jay Craven is professor of film and video. The film was made as the outcome of a semester-long film intensive called Movies from Marlboro. It was produced on a lean budget here in Vermont with the help of 34 students and recent graduates from 15 colleges, who worked alongside 20 filmmaking professionals on every level of production.

For more of this story and the locations of the premieres, see Tuesday's edition of The Newport Daily Express for March 26, 2013.
