Bathalon–– John Raymond, 33, of North Troy passed away suddenly on August 29, 2011 at his home in North Troy. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, 4670 Darling Hill Road, Newport. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, September 2, 2011 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church in Troy with the Rev. Henry Mlinganisa celebrating a Mass of Christian burial. Interment will follow in St. Ignatius Cemetery in Lowell. Should friends desire, contributions in his memory may be made to the John Bathalon Trust, for his children, in care of Julie Willis, Community National Bank, P.O. Box 127, Troy, VT  05868.
