NEWPORT, VT - It should be freezing outside. We should have at least a few feet of snow left. Instead, weather records are being broken in the other direction - up!
As if on cue, warm weather arrived just as Tim and Doug's ice cream stand opened for the season - or maybe it was the other way around. Here, Evan Sherlaw, seven, of Derby, and his four-year-old brother Sam enjoy a yummy treat.
The ice cream stand, operated by Pick & Shovel hardware store in Newport, has become a local favorite for all ice cream lovers.
