Lippens–– Leonard “Joe,” 91, of Derby Line, VT passed away October 29, 2011 in Newport. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, 4670 Darling Hill Road, Newport. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 from 12:30 p.m. until the hour of the funeral.  Interment will follow in Derby Center Cemetery.
