LOWELL MOUNTAIN WIND: Noise Meets State Standards, But Complaints Continue

Green Mountain Power (GMP) announced Thursday that its Lowell wind turbine facility met state regulated sound standards following a period of monitoring. GMP filed the results with the Vermont Public Service Board Thursday.
