Charron–– Margareta Elisabeth, 87, of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and formerly of Newport, VT, passed away on September 27, 2012 in Derby, VT.  Church services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2012 at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Newport, VT where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Burial will follow at Saint Mary’s Cemetery, Newport, VT. Memorials may be given to Orleans Essex Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice, 46 Lakemont Road, Newport, VT  05855 or to North Country Hospital Oncology Department, 189 Prouty Drive, Newport, VT  05855.
