Oh Deere!

NEWPORT CENTER, VT - The Newport Center Fire Department, Newport Ambulance Service and the Vermont State Police responded to a rollover just after 2 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Todd Marsh of Newport Center was operating this 5520 John Deere when the vehicle went off the road on VT RT 100 in Newport Center, just past the Number 12 Road.
Marsh drove off the east side of the roadway, down an embankment, and into a field where the tractor flipped on its side.
Marsh was transported by ambulance to North Country Hospital in Newport, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The John Deere sustained moderate damage. Marsh was wearing a seatbelt.
