Maine Man Pleads Not Guilty To Robbing Circle K At Knifepoint

NEWPORT CITY - The man accused of robbing the Circle K Store in Barton in January pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of assault and robbery with a weapon in the Criminal Division of Superior Court Tuesday.
Daniel Dunn, 23, of Oxford Maine, also pleaded not guilty to a felony charge of grand larceny.
North Troy Man Pleads Not Guilty Of Negligent Driving In Fatal Crash

NEWPORT CITY - Judge H.E. VanBenthuysen released Joseph Logan, 20, of North Troy with conditions that he drive for work purposes only and with a valid license. Logan pleaded not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of careless or negligent driving. He is accused of driving a truck that killed a 72-year-old Island Pond woman last fall.
