Sicard–– Paul M., 52, of  Derby passed away August 29, 2011 in Lebanon, NH. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, 37 Lake Road, Newport where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, September 1, 2011 with the Rev. Richard Whitehill officiating.
