Place–– Philip D., 82, of Derby Line died peacefully Saturday, October 6, 2012 in Newport. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, 4670 Darling Hill Road, Newport, VT.  Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, October 11, 2012 at the St. Edward’s Cemetery in Derby Line where a Christian burial will be celebrated.
