Blouin– Ramona A., 72,  passed away October 12, 2012 at her home in Brownington, VT surrounded by her loving family. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at the Brownington Center Cemetery. Should friends desire, contributions in her memory may be made to the Special Olympics of Vermont, 16 Gregory Drive, South Burlington, VT  05403.
