Talbot–– Richard D., 76, of Jay, VT passed away suddenly on January 9, 2013 at his home. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Curtis-Britch-Converse-Rushford Funeral Home, 37 Lake Road, Newport,VT. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at St. Vincent de Paul Church in North Troy, VT where a Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated. Spring interment in Jay Cemetery with full military honors. Should friends desire, contributions in his memory may be made to the Shiners’ Hospital for Children, 51 Blossom Street, Boston, MA 02114.
