Cota–– Russell F., 90, of Barton, VT, passed away on April 26, 2012 in Newport, VT. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 4, 2012 at 11 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church in Barton with Rev. Timothy Naples celebrating a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow at the Welcome O’ Brown Cemetery in Barton. Should family and friends desire, contributions in his memory may be made to the Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Society of Vermont, 502 Strawberry Acres Rd. Newport, VT 05855.
