JAY–Senior Night was an appropriate title to describe the North Country Falcons' evening on Wednesday.
With senior netminder Chase LaCourse between the pipes, all four senior forwards scored at least one goal, with Ross DeLaBruere and Ryan Paul each netting two, as the Falcons picked up a 7-2 win over the Rutland Red Raiders to close out the regular season.
"I wasn't very happy after the first," said NCU coach Ryan Jacobs. "I thought we were a little sluggish in our "D" zone. We had a little chat and I think they vastly improved on that. It was a great night. It was all about the seniors and we got everybody in as well, so I couldn't ask for a better last home game."
