Bly–– Thelma M., 85, of Newport, VT, passed away October 19, 2011 in Newport. A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 21, 2011 at 3 p.m. at the Hillside Cemetery in East Charleston. Pastor Robert Cargill will be officiating.
