Rivers–– Wendell C., Jr., 61, of Albany, died at Fletcher Allen Hospital in Burlington Tuesday evening, December 11, 2012 with his long-time partner, Cheryl Lafaso, by his side. A graveside service was held on Friday, December 14, 2012 at the Albany Village Cemetery with Rev. Lawrence Wall and Pastor Tim Ingalls officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Pope Memorial Frontier Animal Society, 502 Strawberry Acres, Newport, VT 05855. Curtis-Britch & Davis Funeral Home, Craftsbury Common, VT is in charge of arrangements.
