Third Grade - Danik Muise - Newport Town School
Fourth Grade - Sam Roberts - Newport City Elementary
NEWPORT - The Newport Daily Express held it's "Just Say No to Drugs" annual coloring contest. The winners came to the newspaper to pick up their prizes and show off their wonderful art work.
