Charleston Solar Study Cimmittee: VEC Members Could Purchase Panel Shares

CHARLESTON — David Hallquist, the chief executive officer of the Vermont Electric Cooperative (VEC), told the Charleston solar study committee Thursday night that co-op members may lease or buy solar panels to reduce their electricity costs.
