Belmont–– James J., Jr., 82, of Broomfield, Colorado, formerly of Derby, VT  passed away on September 26, 2011. A graveside service at Derby Center Cemetery will be held on Thursday, October 13, 2011 at 11 a.m. in Derby, Vermont with military honors conducted by the Navy.
