"We could have just folded, but instead we had an inspiring half of soccer."North Country was led by Zach Tweed, Kody Halikas and Nate Marsh in the second.Said the coach, "Nate played probably his best game of the year and Kody and Zach were terrific. Without them it could have been a CVU rout."Logan Fortier also had a strong showing, stopping nineteen shots in the game. Now the team will get ready to host Essex on Tuesday at 4:00 in their final home game of the season.Lake Region 1 Hazen 0HARDWICK–Shaquille Urie scored on a penalty kick with seventeen minutes remaining to give the Rangers a 1-0 win over Haze on Saturday. The win moves Lake Region to 10-2 while Hazen sits at 4-7-1.Next up for the squad is Danville at home on Tuesday.
