Lake Region Places Fifth, Falcons Sixth at Invitational

NEWPORT–The North Country girls' golf team hosted the 28th Annual North Country Invitational on Monday. It was orginally posted as the 25th, but was actually the 28th.31 girls competed in the 18 hole tournament with 11 school sending players. On a day that had rain and possible thunderstorms predicted, it turned out to be a fantastic day for golf.
