Thumbs Down To CREH Intervention Request

Dairy Air Wind filed a motion with the Public Utilities Commission in opposition to the party status requests from two citizens, three Canadian and one Vermont municipality, the International Water Company, and Citizens for Responsible Energy of Holland (CREH). The filing came less than two weeks after the June 30th deadline for intervention status in this docket. Read more in the Newport Daily Express.
