BARTON – A piece of steel from the World Trade Center remains was part of a special parade marking the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks during the Orleans County Fairgrounds Saturday. Phil Brooks of the former Barton Ambulance Service (BAS) and his wife Kelley Brooks, also a member for the former BAS, appeared in the parade with the Glover Ambulance Service.
