ST. JOHNSBURY–North Country head football coach Lonnie Wade got his first really good look at the 2021 Falcons this past weekend when the team traveled down I-91 to compete in St. Johnsbury Academy’s annual 7-7 football tournament.

LOUDON, NH–Recently NASCAR made their annual stop at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and one local family, along with a friend, were in town to attend the weekend’s activity.

NEWPORT–The Newport Parks and Recreation summer field hockey continues to be a popular summertime activity, even though numbers are a bit lower this summer as people return to their familiar summertime activities after last year’s restrictive summer measures.

BURLINGTON–The North Country track and field team sent ten of their members to compete in the Vermont State Decathlon Championships at Burlington High School last Tuesday and Wednesday.

On Saturday, June 26th, Korey Champney will suit up with the best female senior high school hockey players to represent Vermont  in the 24th annual women’s All-Star Twin State Hockey Classic, aka the Make-A-Wish hockey game.
